  • Ensure your listing or space is ready to go. We will be able to assist in moving items when we arrive, however it will be a much smoother process to declutter as much a possible prior to the booking

  • Not at all, as long as we have access. Some agents prefer to be on-site, others don’t attend. Our team is well trained, however choose whichever option is best for you.

  • We understand things happen! We kindly ask that you allow us a 2HR notice of any cancellations so we can fill that space with another booking. A cancellation inside a 2HR window may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Of course! Photoshop is an amazing tool, however it takes time and will incur a fee. If the budget doesn’t allow for any extra editing it’s best to have everything ready prior to the shoot.

  • Our standard is 14 Days. Please contact us if you need to discuss alternative options.

  • Our team has a minimum of 5 years experience, so no need to worry! All of the work in our portfolio is done by us!
